Environmental Compliance Monitoring

ENL created an Environmental Compliance Monitoring program to ensure that environmental requirements and commitments were implemented.

Environmental monitors worked with ENL construction supervisors and contractors to ensure the effective implementation of EPP measures and permitting requirements. Monitors also conducted environmental inspections and audits of construction to verify compliance with the contractor's EPPs, applicable environmental regulations, environmental commitments, and ENL’s EMS requirements.
