Environmental Management Plan

The Environmental Management Plan (EMP) was developed for the construction phase of the Project and has been adjusted to reflect the current Operational state. It encompassed all environmental commitments and regulatory requirements made for the Maritime Link and described how they were managed. This included mitigation best practices (MBPs), commitments made during the EA process and conditions of EA release, as well as subsequent requirements of federal, provincial and/or municipal permitting processes such as authorizations, approvals, permits and certificates.
